HTML vs Dreamweaver

With my experience with HTML and Dreamweaver, I kind of prefer Dreamweaver as it is easy to use whereas HTML needs more skill.

What forms of communication have been used during the recent disaster you have chosen to discuss?

I have chosen the Thailand Earthquake. People have used the internet to tell people about this disaster. People have used websites and YouTube as forms of communication. People made videos about it too.

Why is communication so important during an emergency?

Communication is so important during an emergency because if you don't get help quickly, the person or thing that you need to help may be in a very dangerous and tight situation, therefore, if you do not get help quickly, he/she/it might die if he/she/it is in an earthquake like the Thailand Earthquake that happened recently. If you don't get help during and emergency quickly, something bad might happen.
